At My Parent Playbook, we are committed to providing high-quality digital resources for parents.
Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the digital file has been delivered.
Digital Product Purchases
All products sold on this website are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be returned and can be copied or stored after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction based on personal preferences.
Exceptions
We will gladly provide a refund or replacement if:
• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
• You did not receive access to your download due to a technical issue on our end.

Please include:

• The email address used for purchase
• A description of the issue
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will work quickly to resolve any legitimate technical problems.
