My Parent Playbook sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical items.

Digital Delivery

All products are delivered electronically.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email containing your download link and access instructions. Delivery is typically immediate but may occasionally take a few minutes depending on your email provider.

Because our products are digital:

• No physical products will be shipped
• No shipping fees apply
• No customs duties or import taxes apply
• No shipping or delivery delays apply

Download Issues

If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes of purchase:

  1. Check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder.

  2. Confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.

  3. Add hello@myparentplaybook.com to your safe sender list.

  4. Contact us with your order number for assistance.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you receive access to your purchase as quickly as possible.

International Customers

Our digital products are available worldwide. Since all products are delivered electronically, customers will not incur shipping charges, customs fees, or import duties.
